ADDITIONAL DRIVERS - Additional driver charge is $10.00 per day with a maximum of 3 additional drivers .
AGE - The minimum age of the Renter or any additional driver must be 18. Drivers age 18-24 may rent a vehicle for an additional charge of $15 usd per day with higher CDW deductible. No additional charges will apply if Renter is over the age of 25.
BUSINESS HOURS - Monday to Sunday 7am to 7pm main location opens all year round.

INSURANCE:
**SLI $19.99 USD PER DAY ( THIRD PARTY DAMAGE AND CIVIL LIABILITY ) with DEDUCTIBLE OR EXCESS **REQUIRED
**CDW $18.99 USD PER DAY ( COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER ) with DEDUCTIBLE OR EXCESS **REQUIRED
**CDW+ $11.99 USD PER DAY ( COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER with REDUCE DEDUCTIBLE ) **OPTIONAL
**SLI+ $11.99 USD PER DAY ( THIRD PARTY DAMAGE AND CIVIL LIABILITY PLUS with ZERO DEDUCTIBLE OR EXCESS ) **OPTIONAL
**Only when a customer has the benefit of the credit card insurance to decline CDW, the customer must purchase SLI and SLI+ **Required.
**UNDERAGE $15 USD PER DAY ( **REQUIRED IF THE DRIVERS ARE UNDER 21 YEARS OLD )
**EXTRA DRIVER $10 USD PER DAY
**DECLINE INSURANCE** IF RENTER WISHES TO DECLINE CDW ( COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER ) AND RELY ON THE THEIR OWN INSURANCE, THE RENTER MUST PROVIDE WRITTEN PROOF FROM THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY, SPECIFICALLY STATING COVERAGE IS EFFECTIVE IN THE COUNTRY OF COSTA RICA FOR THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. IF I DECLINE THE USE OF THE CDW INSURANCE OFFERED BY THE CAR RENTAL AND USE MY OWN COLLISION INSURANCE POLICY, I WILL BE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE RENTED VEHICLE AND I WILL STILL NEED TO PURCHASE THE FULL THIRD-PARTY DAMAGE INSURANCE ( SLI AND SLI+ )
Natural Car Rental Policies
DRIVERS LICENSE - Renter must present a valid driver license at the time of rental. Foreign renters must present a valid driver license and a valid passport and based on the date of the entry stamp, will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 90 days, present at time of rental.
GAS - Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge.
EQUIPMENT - Natural Car Rental has the following products available upon request: Baby Seat, Booster Seats and other accessories. Prices vary and all items are subject to availability upon arrival. It is the law that children and babies be seated in baby seats or booster seat you may be fined up to 360.000 colones by the Costa Rican police.
GEOGRAPHIC - Vehicles cannot be taken outside the country of Costa Rica. If you take the car out of Costa rica, then it will be considered negligence and a penalty charge will apply, plus time and expenses.
ONE-WAY - There may be an additional charge for dropping off the vehicle at a different office. The drop off charge varies depending at which office you are renting from and which office you are returning the vehicle into.
DEPOSIT - We accept only credit cards NO debit cards. The amount of the deposit goes from $3000 usd to $300 usd depending on the package you choose, will be held in your card at the time of the rental, once the vehicle is returned this deposit will be released this process can take 7 to 14 business days. Credit cards will be subject to verification at the moment of the rental.
